Our strategies reconfigure teaching methodologies, break down traditional tactics, and challenge the current rote learning mechanisms in our schools. Our programs are innovative and outcome-driven. In its early years Pratham developed innovative teaching-learning methods, materials, and measurement methods. In 2010, we pioneered a nationwide survey of schooling and learning that has had a major impact on national and international policy discussions.
All Hands Volunteers is a volunteer-powered disaster relief organization dedicated to Rebuilding Hope for people impacted by natural disasters all over the India. Over the last 7 years, we have enabled over our volunteers to donate that days impacting people.
Our mandate includes but not limited to:
Promoting optimal child and maternal nutrition and nutrition of other vulnerable groups.
Enhancing technical capacity of civil society groups and community based service providers on preventive health, nutrition and counselling skills.
We focuses on the empowerment of women and girls because they are disproportionately affected by poverty and discrimination; and suffer abuse and violations in the realisation of their rights, entitlements and access and control over resources. Also, experience shows that, when equipped with the proper resources, women have the power to help whole families and entire communities overcome poverty, marginalisation and social injustice.
